Save/Save As Dialog Box Not Popping Up

Hi all,

I am running PS 2021 on macOS Big Sur version 11.2.2 on a 13in Macbook Pro 2017. When I go to save my PS file, the Save/Save As dialog box does not pop up. Nothing happens. I also cannot save the file using the Command+S shortcut. I have plently of space on my computer.

This issue began happening when I cleared out some Cache/PS files a few days ago when my mac started running out of storage space. I think I may have deleted an important folder where my PS files are being saved. Also to note: I don't have the "Library" folder on my computer either (not sure where it went; it may have been accidentally deleted years ago).

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Photoshop, copying to a new file, all the little tricks that have been previously wrote about on here. I also cannot find my file when I right-click on the tabbed file for "Reveal inn Finder" (it is greyed out).

Please help! I really need to save my PSD files...

Thank you.

Do you have a Time Machine backup? If you have deleted files that are needed by the system or photoshop, you may need to reinstall Big Sur and restore your data.
