Save settings in Adobe Camera Raw fails by saving untagged Geometry and crop related adjustments

This is related to Adobe Camera Raw 13.01 (or newest update from Creative Cloud).

Most of the explanation is in the headline. I adjusted a series of alike images but all with different ajdustments regarding the Key stone tool (Geometry) and the Crop tool. These groups were un-tagged from the Custom Subset I created from the first image that included all other adjustments. Nevertheless the two excluded groups - at least the Geometry group was reloaded into the rest of the images and destroyed the geometry (it's hard to say at that point if the crop settings also were saved and loaded).

To me this is a annoying error, as I expect a number of series to be bach-edited in ACR in the right way.
