If I drew my image freehand in Photoshop with the brush tool, would the image be affected if I saved and exported it as a vector file format?

If an image contains no vector content (Type Layers, Shape Layers, …) then saving/exporting as a vector format (pdf, svg, …) offers no real benefits – aside from the fact that ads or contricutions to printed products may be required to be delivered as pdf.
