Saving progress 0%, background process in progress, impossible close or "save as" documents

It it the second time in a few days that have this isuue

Impossibile completare il comando "Salva con nome" perché si sta salvando il documento in background. Riprovate al termine dell'operazione di salvataggio.

Photoshop CC 21.2.3 Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5

I went to Preferences and deselected Save in Background, but I didn't solve.
