Saving Raw Files Issue

I process many files from Bridge to Raw Reader to Photoshop. Typically after processing the raw file, I save the file in Photoshop. But I always have to locate the folder where the original raw file(s) resides. PS should default to saving the file where the raw file is located. I have not been able to correct this function, even after resetting PS Prefs. As I recall this is not correct PS file handling.

This makes a big dent in my workflow as I process a significant amount of raw files, and am forced to locate the approiate folder for each save. (My standard file storage workflow is to keep a parent folder with sub folders for Raw files)

Suggestions appreciated.
