Saying "trial has ended" despite me being on a monthly plan?!

This is driving me mad now! It asked me to upgrade to Photoshop 2021 or something last week so I did. Now its saying my trial has expired and I need to set up a monthly plan!! I'm already on a monthly plan with Photoshop included! I've tried uninstalling and installing again from my Adobe account but it keeps saying the same thing! I need to work and I can't get on to Photoshop! Please help! The Adobe virtual assistant was as much use as a chocolate teapot! Has anyone else had similar issues? Any help or advice or even a contact number to speak to an actual human at Adobe would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Sally
