I keep getting scratch disc errors because I am usually working on large files. I have backed my computer up, and have purchased a new 3TB external hard drive to solve the issue, but the error keeps popping up. Whenever I go into scratch discs in photoshop preferences, it says that it is using the space on the external hard drive...So why am I still getting this error??? Please help!
Please show a screen shot if your scratch disk preferences. Does this happen when you try to make a new Document? If so, please show the new document settings in a screen shot
