Scratch Disks are full HELP??

I'm new to photoshop and everytime i try and load photoshop it crashes and comes up saying that 'Could not initilaise photoshop becuase the scratch disks are full'.

 

Everything i have seen tells you what to do when you're inside the app but i can't actually get in it - any help??

Hi

You need to either delete files from your hard drive or set an external drive to be the scratch disk.

Hold down Cmd+Option as you launch PS (Ctrl+Alt on Windows) and show a screen shot of your scratch disk preferences.
