All the other apps updated. But PS will not update. Just keeps saying Failed. Then I keep getting the message that the scratch disk is full. Shouldn't it be saving to my AdobeCloud? When I hold command+option on startup as it says to to change scratch disk, my only option is the main hardrive and it will not let me click or change.

Can we see a screnshot of how muchmcuh empty space you have on your drive. Do you have other drives connected and they are not showing up? If you have only one drie you cnanot uncheck as Phtohsop needs atleast a scratch disk somewhere.
