Screen is Vibrating on M1 Photoshop and Illustrator

The app screen is vibrating when moving objects, Reduce opacity or even zooming in and out.
This is hapeening while working on regular photo sizes as the video attached.
Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.4.1

A new update has been released, and it is built to work better with the M1. Please try the update, and let us know if that helped.

Suggest you update both Big Sur (current version 11.4) and Photoshop (current version 22.4.2) and see if the issue still exists.
