Hi all:

I purchased this seamless pattern, but am noticing when I try to tile it there is excess black on the right/middle and white lines on the horizontal.  I've watched tons of videos and tried a few things that have worked for me in the past when having this issue with purchased designs and not my own.  I am stuck!  I am mostly self-taught so I don't know if I am just missing something, but I've followed several youtube tutorials and nothing is working for me to make this a truly seamless pattern.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance 🙂

There are problems on the edges of that image which make it unsuitable to tile. Set View to Pattern Preview then zoom in and crop out the problem edges.

Please post the source file or a screenshot of it (either complete or of the two vertical edges) taken at View > 100%.

What are the file’s pixel dimensions and what are your pattern’s pixel dimensions?
