I have been using select and mask since it was an option, but for some reason it is not working for me. I go into the option and it doesn't let me move any sliders or give an option to save (the brush tools seem to work). I just get an annoying beep when I try to do anything in the properties panel. Please help!
I had this issue recently and it was a dialog box that was hidden. I restarted and it happened again before I realized what it was. Are you working on multiple screens? If so, is anything full screen? If so, that might be where the dialog box is hiding.
I, too, am having the same issue and have had the problem off and on for the past two weeks. I've restarted Photoshop multiple times, checked that I have the latest version, and not able to figure out why it's not working.
I'm working on a single monitor. Nothing is full screen. Where would I find this dialog box you reference?
