Select and mask weird problem

Yesterday when I accessed 'Select and Mask' my image showed the selection in quick mask but the option/tools palette is not visible.  Why is this so and how do I restore it please?

I am using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 and Photoshop CC 2019 20.0.6.

Hi try to reset your workspace to defaults from windows >> workspace and reset....regards

Finally found the reset - in Preferences!

All good now.
