SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH PHOTOSHOP 2020-2021

In the last few years, Photoshop really lost in quality. I can't use it anymore. Or it block or it can save a file without to justify the reason... I really don't know what it is happening. Fortunately there are apps as Procreate that offer high quality and great work.

Now I have an annual subscrition; my problems at the moment are: 

1) Photoshop doesn't save project because it says that "it can not do".

2) Selection tool is not accurate.

3) Photoshop is very slow sometimes.

It is impossible work in this way. I change Preferences a lot of time but problems keep on. Please help me.

Which Selection Tool? What are the settings (in the Options Bar)?

For the first issue - update to version 22.1.1 released this week
