Severe Failure since update to 22.3

A lot of Functions are blocked. Every File i want to open/work on the message is shown. "Can not be done" due to Programing Failure. I can not even Export or make Screenshot. This seems to be a SEVERE issue a few days ago without Version 22.3this failure was not existing.

 

Please react ASAP.

You are addressing Adobe user here not the Adobe corporation.  An ASAP Adobe is not a realistic expectation to have. That is why you should have more than one version of Photoshop.  You should use Photoshop 2020 version 21.2.6 till Adobe gets  Photoshop 2021 into a good working version of Photoshop.

You can report bugs to the product developers here, as we are users on this forum and do not work for Adobe.

Until the 22.3 bugs are fixed, you can revert to 22.2 using the Creative Cloud app.

22.3.0.49 has definetly some Bugs...

Reinstall the previous version of photoshop. The latest update interfers with  the video display driver.The more modern drivers can cope with the update
