Shake Reduction Filter in Photoshop 22.2 freezes computer (Windows 10)

When I apply the Shake reuduction filter my PC stuck itself. And it take more time to custamize the option in Photoshop. Need to be solved ASAP

PC configuration is: Win 10 Pro for Workstations

Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E3-1225 v6 @ 3.30GHz 3.31GHz

RAM 32 GB, 64 Bit
