Shapes moving random places

When I use the transform or nudge a shape they go in random places on the artboard and not the direction where I want them to go. This doesnt happen on all files but they most shared PSDs.

Where are you saving your files? Are you on mac or windows? Is your graphic card up to date?

On a Mac. It doesnt happen to all of my files. But I have shared the file with a co-worker and that same problem happens with them in the file I sent as well.
