Since the last update all my projects looks like this, I have searched to set up but I cant find a solution and it really pisses me off. Anyone knows how to solve it? thanks

With your text selected, look for the Anti-Aliasing dropdown menu within the Options bar at the top of Photoshop. Is yours set to None? If so, try any other option.

Thank you for replying, but it's not that.
I tried exporting the file and when I do it everything is higher quality and the text en everything looks smoother but I want to see that quality while im editing too.

when I open photoshop the message ''pixel aspect ratio correction is for preview purposes only. turn it off for maximum image quality'' pops up, but when I try do deactivate I can't select the option

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?
Have you set the Pixel Aspect Ration to Square yet?
