Since resently installing both updates on the PS2020 when i try to open PS i get the following CEP HtmlEngine exe - No Disk message: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk4\DR4"

I then have to close PS and bring an image in through bridge. If i then close the image in PS i get the same error message.

I am running Windows 7

Any help would be greatly recieved.

Hi there,

That sounds like an unusual Photoshop issue. Are you working on a 32 Bit Operating system or 64 bit?

Could you check this article and let us know if the steps mentioned here helps you out?

Hi Sahil,

I am running in 64-bit and did follow the above instructions which has resolved this issue, thank you very much.

Any idea what the issue was and what caused it?

Once again thank you for your help with this

Kind Regards

Carl

I'm a Mac user, but I would think that PS2020 would not be compatible with Windows7 – you need to upgrade to Windows 10.
