Sky replacement batch

Has anyone got some good ways to batch process sky replacement with a different sky in each photo?

Maybe I am old school, but I would never batch replace the sky... reason being there are too many variables for each picture. 

Well, unless your camera is on a tripod and each pic was taken at the same time of day with the exact same lighting. 

Then you might be able to batch edit them perfectly.  But I still would do it pic by pic.

I have many instances where this wold be very useful and save me hours of time.
