Small glitch but annoying

Greetings from sunny Russia!

I have the lastest everything, Photoshop 22.2.0 on OSX BigSur 11.2.1 and I noticed in the latest couple updates that now, every time I click off work area, instead of switching to whatever window cursor happens to hover on, Photoshop has a pop-up with the following text "Could not export the clipboard because it is too big to export." Not a big deal but in ht elong run it gets annoying, I have a feeling that it is some new and exciting feature that I am not using right or did not turn off in settings....

You could uncheck

Photoshop > Preferences > General > Export Clipboard

if you usually don’t use imagery opied in Photoshop in other applications.
