Small lag when moving object

Hello,

I have what feels like lag when I move an item, if I take my fingers off my trackpad after moving it the movement doesn't count and the item is moved to somewhere else as if I quickly moved my fingers somewhere else and released. I've had this issue on three computers (both Windows and Mac), and I've had this when using a mouse too.

Has anyone encountered this before ? This is really frustrating to have to wait a second doing nothing before releasing the trackpad/mouse button.

Thank you for the help

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about Photoshop lagging. Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working with

Could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Regards,
Sahil
