[SOLVED]No pressure sensitivity. No Settings Folder.

UPDATE: I was looking in the wrong location lol.

 

 

 

So, I just downloaded Photoshop CC 2020 on my new desktop running Windows 10 and I have no pressure sensitivity with my Wacom Intuos tablet.

 

Windows ink being on, or off changes nothing. On my old PC I used the workaround where you add the PSUserConfig.txt to the settings folder. However, on my new PC there is NO settings folder for photoshop.

And yes I have made it where file explorer shows hidden folders.

 

I am honestly shocked Photoshop has not fixed this issue after all these years. Clip Studio paint works just fine with no tweaking. It is ridiculous and frustrating...

Do not add that config file with PS 21.2.1 use windows INK with Photoshop and your pen. Adobe broke Photoshop WinTab support in 21.1
