Which version of Photoshop are you using and on which OS? When exactly is Photoshop crashing? Does it crashes while using a specific tool or feature? We’d suggest that you submit the crash report: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html 

Please try deselecting the option "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance menu, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

I experienced the same issue. I try to update and it's fine now. You try to check for update or go to preference > performace. Check the GPU.
