Speed up video option does not exist

It says to right-click the video clip to access a menu to change the video speed/duration, but there is no such option when I right click the video. It doesn't exist!

Nevermind, I see it was because the clip was turned into a smart object. The documentation should give a warning that the option will be gone if it's made a smart object, because otherwise the interface still looks the same (click the triangle in the upper right of the layer) except the option is missing. It should mention you have to open the smart object and do it to the layer in there.
