Speening Wheel

I have a MacBook Pro 16gb chip M1 and when I try to open up Photoshop it freezes and my cursor becomes the rainbow spinning wheel. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop many times even other versions but nothing is fixing this. Others apps from Creative Cloud like Illustrator and indesign are running properly.

Anyone having the same problem? 

Please, i need help fixing this.
