Start Photoshop cc with local recent files, not cloud files

when I start Photoshop I get a list of cloud documents. I don't use the cloud. How do I get back to showing recently opened files on startup

In the Home screen, click Home in the sidebar on the left. The Home panel includes the Recent list of documents.

 

If any other heading is highlighted in the sidebar on the left of the Home screen, Recent files are not visible because something else is.
