Still Can't use Neural Filters

I have had several versions of PS CC and Neural Filters won't work in any of them.  I have read all the comments here and tried all the fixes.  But I'm on iMac and I haven't seen a viable fix for Mac.

I even went on Chat and had an Adobe rep take control of my computer and they didn't fix it either.

If I download the very latest version of PS it won't even open at all and I end up having to reinstall an earlier version.  This is extremely frustrating and I'm out of options.  Why won't Neural Filters work for me?

I never get past the spinning wheel.

What specific version of Photoshop are you currently running?
