Click on the crop tool. The straighten tool is in that panel.

That is meaningless. Please go to Help > About Plug Ins >Camera Raw and tell us exactly what version you are using. If it is 13.1.0.658, which is the latest, then attach a screenshot of the entire camera raw workspace.

If you access Camera Raw in Photoshop via Filter > Camera Raw Filter... there is no crop tool – the crop tool is only available when you open a RAW file in camera raw directly.

Good point Derek - the camera raw filter is not camera raw and in that case the cropping and straightening tools in Photoshop are more appropriate.

Thanks, Derek. I wonder why they did that? Technically, though, you have to open the file through Bridge or Lightroom into Camera Raw.
