super poser 2 photos identiques

Hello, je cherche à positionner 2 photos l'un sur l'autre. (Une vieille photo de ville  avec la même prise au même endroit actuelle).

Le prob c'est que c'est impossible d'aller chercher exactement la même prise de vue à 100%.

Donc je positionne mes 2 calques et j'étire pour essayer que ça coincide. 

1 - j'aimerais savoir s'il existe un outil de type photomerge qui va faire comme un stitching de points "spécifiques" pour automatiser cette superposition. 

2 - existe t il des équivalents de "punaises que je peux positionner pour fixer des points identiques aux 2 photos qui ne bougeront pas quand je vais etirer.

Place each photo on its own layer in a single document, Open Camera Raw and make sure that the geometry of the images is the same ( Vertical lines are vertical) Then choose to Auto-Blend Layers or Auto-align layers.  That will clean up most areas, but if your images still do not line up the way you want them to, try using Free Transform and then Warp.  You can Option or Control-click when using the Free Transform tool to choose Warp, then add more horizontal and vertical or cross warp splines to
