Surfacebook 2 Nvidia GPU not recognized by PS cc 2021

This is making PS unbearable to use. I feel fairly certain that it used to identify it and the GPU is recognized by lightroom and other Adobe apps, just not PS. Please help!

Addition:

 

I have updated all drivers and OS as well as used the Nvidia Control Panel to force it to only use the dedicated gpu.

Hi

Assuming you're using version 22.3.1, a lot of people are having issues with Photoshop not recognising the GPU, you could try reverting back to version 22.3 until Adobe roll out a fix to address the issue
