Hello,

I´ve been using Adobe PhotoShop CS5 for some time and suddenly when trying to use the Type function, an error message appears saying "Could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being initialized." Therefore I can´t add text to my images. I´ve been looking for a solution and came across this article:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/text-engine-error-using-type.html

Unfortunately this solution doesn´t work for me.

Does anyone have any ideas what could possibly be wrong?

Thank you.
