Text tool error "Cold not complete your request because of a program error"

been using photoshop cc 2021 for a while now and only now do i get an error when i try create a new Text or adjust a text it gives me the error seen above  "Cold not complete your request because of a program error". Ive seen this error happen in different ways like when trying to create/open a .psd file. Ive tried deleting the font cache from both Photoshop and Windows and nothing works, I have also deleted and reinstalled Photoshop. Anyone know how to fix my issue?
