The eyedropper sample (color wheel) is NOT available after updating, and the color palette is not displayed when the ctrl alt keys are pressed LMB.
It started after update 22 01. I had to roll back to the previous version for stable work. Also from observations - when adjusting the size of the brush (using Alt RMB), the red spot is not displayed, which shows the size and hardness of the brush
