One day, Photoshop 2019 was gone from my laptop.  Not, like, "it wasn't working."  It was *gone.*  Fine, okay.  I went to download Photoshop again.

What happened was Photoshop 2020.

At age 30, I'm a cranky old man (...fine, I'm a girl) and I'm not loving things being different.  Where's my paint bucket?!  (I found it, nbd.)  Why's stuff all weird?  Gah.  I just want a static version of Photoshop, man.  I never needed CC to happen.  Oh, well.

The menu bar, however, is gone now, and this is a problem that I cannot work with.

Before anyone asks, I have updated all the drivers, restarted the computer, and still have the problem.  Microsoft Windows 10 home.  I googled the problem and found a lot of PRESS THE "F" KEY! advice, which does not correct the issue.

Check to see if you have more than one graphics driver on your system. If so, disable one of them. See This Thread and this one .
