in the new version 22.3.1, the program does not see the video card! in version 21.2.7, everything works!I understand that progress does not stand still))) and I love your product! but my computer is as old as a mammoth)) help me what to do? or do you have any advice?

The latest update is having issues recognizing mid-range GPUs. Try installing the previous version of Photoshop and see if the issue persists. Adobe is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, this is the recommended action.
