Tranform anchor point won't move on Alt+Click to the new position

Got the new update 22.1.1 and I've noticed that I can't change the position of the anchor point in a transform / crop bounding box by using the Alt+Click (Windows) command. I used to hold Alt then left click in a new location and the anchor point would move there, it doesn't work anymore. Help?

I just found out that it does still work if you use ALT + Click & drag. This could be a workaround until they fix it.

Thank you! I figured out this work around after I made this post and it works, but it's still very inaccurate. Waiting on a fix
