I want to transfer a licence of my adobe premium suite and its upgrade version to CS4, as I have just sold them on ebay. It was getting difficult to use them and I finally only ever used AI online, and as I got it cheaper because of the investment I had made previously (not sure if this still applies).
I have filled out a transfer form but I am unable to send it, the website is not quite working for me. The online help does not recognise the serial numbers and advised me to post here.
What am I doing wrong and what should I be doing?
I could post pictures, and form somewhere if this helps. Mike

Hi Mike,
I don't entirely follow what you are saying.
Please clarify what you are trying to do and yes, pictures and links will help us to help you.
The only way you can purchase a Photoshop license now is by subscription. Details here:

Dear Jane,
I had both adobe creative suite premium and the upgrade to CS4. I have sold both on ebay. I used recently (for 3 years) adobe illustrator (AI) online as a subscription. At one time I had the online subscription cheaper because I had bought the previous softwares.
What I wanted to do, (although this is sorted now) was sell it CS+CS4, with a transfer pdf. So the new owner could use my licence and have any benefits I might have had.
I have explained all to the new owner, they are just happy to use disks as they are and they are happy if a problem with a license matter occured we would take it from there.
But what I would like to do is delete my account, but it seems not to want to do this until I have uploaded my credit card details, for which you will take another years subscription. Mad really.
I have to say I am not impressed with the service, it all seems very opaque and very confusing. Surely you are better than this adobe.
regards Mike
