Hello dear Adobe friends,

The following problem is present and does not let us (graphic designers) sleep.

In order to improve our workflow, we have created a Creative Cloud library as part of the team.

There colors, as well as graphics and logos (PDF) are stored.

We use the latest Adobe applications.

However, there is a problem here (see picture).

For me, however, everything does work but not for my colleagues.

The graphic above is from a colleague who, for example, dragged this circle into InDesign.

As you can see, the circle is displayed in the transparency library window, but not when it is dragged into InDesign or Photoshop

The picture below shows exactly the same (graphic by me), only that the circle in InDesign is outside transparency, as it should be.

Edit: I created the library and my colleague received an invitation to use it via the Creative Cloud.

The logos and graphics were created in Illustrator. The InDesign version is 16.1

Thank you for your proposed solutions.

best regards
