So I am very new to using photoshop, but I thought I figured out what I needed to. So I been having the issue of the background will look transparent but when I open the file I can see the faded background where I made the photo transparent. It didn't start doing that until I got really into what I was doing and I need the background to be transparent as what I'm working on it going on a website. Any help is appreciated!
Bear in mind that when you save your PSD document for use on a website the format will need to be a PNG if you want to retain transparency (JPGs don't have transparency).
