Triangle Tool for Photoshop 22.1.0

Hello! Is the Triangle Tool part of the latest Photoshop release? It seems it should be, however I am not seeing it along with the Square, Eliptical, etc. Tools. Also, I am on Mac / Catalina. Thanks!

Edit > Toolbar

Edit Tool bar use restore defaults then customize
