Hello
Hvaing trouble with feathering an object's edges. I've looked at many online guides but they do not appear to apply anymore to Photoshop 2021
There doesn't appear to be any refine edge anymore, except with masking.
The modify button is blank, not letting me click on it. So I can't get to modify > feather.
So I don't know what to do now. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Is the "object" a shape made with the shape tool or if not is the object on it's own layer?
Can you post a screenshot of the object in question?
