Trouble with save as pdf

When i want to save as pdf then I see this warning what is this I couldnt understand. My friend don't have problem like this only I have . What is that mean pls anyone will explain to me :))

Nothing to worry about. It's an advisory. When you  save the file you are given an option to change the PDF Print settings. Changing them will overwrite the old PDF Print settings. Unless you know what you want, click OK and just accept the default settings.

Checkmarking "Don't show again" will make sure you don't see that advisory dialog again.
