Trying to even out the specular highlights on the window surrounds

Hope someone can help. I am trying to even out the tonality on the darker grey around the window frames. On the left side of the image they are even all the way up the building yet on the right it has some specular highlights. It is really distracting and I am struggling to remove them or at least even it out somewhat.

I have included two images one with them highlighted so you can see what I mean

Hope someone can help me

Cheers

Andrew

Isolating one of the vertical supports and transforming Smart Object instances might offer one option.

The necessary color correction can be done with clipping masked Curves Layers.
