Trying to install Photoshop app

Hello,

I'm trying to install the Photoshop app onto a new computer.  

MAC. OS version 10.15.7. Graphics card AMD Radeon Pro 5700 8 GB. 32 BG 2667 MHz DDR4

After 2 seconds it says, "Installation Failed."

HELP!

Hi are you installing latest version ? i think try use creative cloud desktop application latest version then download it or also use adobe cleaner tool to remove any old file from your mac...regards
