trying to reinstall photoshop cs3

yes i know this is old version but it's paid for and i should be able to use it.  this version works just fine for what i need.

But i no longer have a dvd drive, how can i download from adobe and then use my serial to activate?

CS3 can no longer be activated. The activation servers were retired by Adobe long ago.
