Turn text on a path

Hello,

I am trying to create a round emblem with text wrapped around the inside of the outer border. So far I

1) created the outer border as a circular shape

2) created a smaller circular path inside that shape

3) typed my text on the path

However, obviously part of that text is now unintelligible because the part on the bottom of the emblem is upside down!

Now I am looking for a way to change the direction for part of the text of my emblem.

Is there any way to do that, or do I need to make a second path and somehow manage to fit it together by hand?

Cheers!

I figured out a workaround and also noticed that this problem was solved in another thread. Please delete this one.

I’m happy that you found a solution to your problem.

There are answers on this thread that may help also other users. We will keep this thread for those reasons here.
