Two versions of Ps and Br installed after lastest update.

I have a subscription to CC/Photography which is installed on my desktop (HP ENVY 810) and my laptop (ENVY Notebook 17t-ae100).

I just completed the latest update from CC on my laptop. After the installation I notice that there are two versions of both Ps (v22.1, the latest, and v21.2.4) and Br (v11.0 and v10.11) on the laptop (this did not happen when I updated the desktop and only Ps22.1 and Br11.0 are there).

My question is can I, or even should I, uninstall/delete the previous versions on the laptop?

That is good. There are issues in Photoshop 2021 use Photoshop 2020 till Adobe Address the issues in PS 2021.
