When I load an image from either a file or another programme the horizontal type tool comes up on the screen. I cannot use it or change to another tool or close Photoshop so my only way out is to shut down the desktop by cutting the main power supply. The computer is working ok and I can use Lightroom. I use Photoshop every day and have a subscription to Adobe CC so it is regularly updated. Help!!!
