Typekit is not working in Photoshop

I´m working in an art school that have licenses for Adobe Creative suite for enterprise or Teams (not sure which). We are having problems to get “typekit” to work in Photoshop.

Is “Typekit” /Adobe fonts included in both of these license types?

Is this something that you activate within the license or is our problems more likely a limitation in our hardware?
